Flanders Horse Event and Flanders Foal Auction join forces
Flanders Foal Auction, the internationally renowned foal auction of Luk Van Puymbroeck and Gerald Lenaerts, is expanding. In addition to the embryo auction in the Emirates and the foal auctions in Bonheiden and Opglabbeek, the Flanders Flanders Event event in Beervelde, Belgium, has been added to the Flanders Foal Auction auction calendar. The top event from Wednesday 31 July to Sunday 4 August has been noted for many years in many diaries. Unique is the combination of sport, breeding and lifestyle with attention to the local and international rider.
Flanders Horse Event has been on the equestrian menu for 25 years. First as a national showjumping competition, since 15 years as a CSI3 * international showjumping competition. In the meantime, 20,000 spectators come to it every year. Breeding is a fixed part of the program. In addition to competitions for young horses, there is a foal auction on Saturday evening as standard, for which Flanders Foal Auction is selecting and auctioning the foals for the first time this year.
The organizers Patrick Gansbeke & Danny De Mol are happy with the new collaboration. "A foal auction is part of our event. We have a very nice mix of clients from 24 different countries. We are a very small team ourselves, just like Flanders Foal Auction. We know each other and we trust each other.
Van Puymbroeck and Lenaerts are also satisfied with the agreement concluded. “A beautiful location with a very strong audience. We are going to do our utmost to select 25 jumping foals from the best mare strains in Europe and with fathers who have proven themselves. Foals that you expect to be able to perform later in sport. "
Breeders can register their foals online via  www.Flanders-horse-event.com/FlandersFoalAuction of www.flandersfoalauction.be.
